All on PM. You could see he was hanging his pitches up after the first double. All on coaching there imo. We have seen the same pattern with Gilbert. You could see this a mile away.

You could see Gilbert was beginning to labor.
I guess Mainieri will say he was trying to steal another inning, but it was obvious Gilbert was spent.
And then Hughes compounded the mess, but it's inevitable; the longer an inning goes the chances of errors goes up.
