Horrible fricking hire. 11-14 against ranked teams and constantly gets his arse kicked by good football teams when he plays them. What a joke.

Just think about this. Pulled the coach away from a media darling. That goes a long way. They media gushed over him his whole time at ND. The laughing stock that our coaches have been in the media's eyes for the past 16 years is over,at least it should be.
This is a better hire than the last two coaches and it's not even close. Is it my ideal hire? Honestly, I don't know because it wasn't on my radar at all. But I can't complain about it.

I don't know why I expected more out of Woodward anyway though. He made a terrible hire at Texas A&M giving Jimbo Fisher 10 years and $75 million guaranteed which had to be increased to 10 years $95 million last year. Horrible hires. Yea Chris Peterson at Washington was great for Washington. Jay Johnson was a decent hire for LSU baseball but wasn't close to top of the list. Should've noticed then that the football hire if needed would be awful and here we are.
