It’s not dumb at all. He threw 45 pitches. He’s already off his schedule by coming in on a Friday night in relief anyways. He’s already the Saturday guy. He’s good for 100+ pitches an outing. Now that we pulled it out....

That 1-2 pitch with the catcher set up in the batter's box just needs to die. It meant we HAD to make the 2-2 pitch or else. We walked the tying run with 2 outs and no one on due to overcoaching. No need to do that.

Eyanson is done for the weekend. Jay is setting up his pitching staff for next weekend. If we win 2 more games this weekend it will be with all of the pitchers not named Anderson or Eyanson.
