I think people may have different definitions of domination. No, LSU isn’t being outscored by a large margin and the series is tied. But outside of Tennessee shooting it’s dick off in the last inning last night, when has LSU ever had them on their heels? Meanwhile, LSU has been in several jams and gotten out of a few of them to keep it close.

They’ve burnt their top 4 arms and are 1-1 while LSU has Cowan and Evans 100% for the deciding game.

LSU has 3 earned runs in this series.
Scored 3 runs Tuesday night against NWST
2 earned runs against Bama on Saturday in game 3.
And scored 4 ER on Friday.
Games like winning 11-6 against Bama and 10-2 vs OU are now the outlier rather than the trend. I'm less worried about the bullpen than I am about the bats.

But if roles were reversed our fans would be saying that we suck at taking advantage of opportunities and hitting with RISP. It’s a lose lose situation with some. Yes, agreed with you there. Our offense for the most part sucks right now.

Lineups go cold for weeks at a time every year. Even the best of them do.
Hopefully they can get going soon, but this is hardly the first team to ever go cold for a stretch.

I’ll stick with the actual definition- dominating your opponent. That means games that are not close. A 3 run lead in the 9th last night was not domination. If they had beaten us by 6+ in both games, I would agree with you. That’s not what happened, even without the comeback last night.
But even this game’s lead was decided by- wait for it- defense again. Jones’ error (at least it should have been an error) allowed 5 runs. That and Jay’s terrible decisions on which pitchers to roll out there. Just like we did last night, they jumped on the defensive mistake. Give them credit.

They outscored them in 1 of the 2 games. Outside the dueling 6-1 innings, it’s 5-2 in UT’s favor. They have played better overall, but that’s not “dominating”. The hit totals don’t change the scoreboard or the win totals.

They were down they were not bringing them in if hey were down been doing it all season because they don’t want to burn there best 2 out the pen! Bullpen let you down tonight it was a 1 score game in the 8th and the guys out the pen gave them 4 free passes can’t win like that!

It was a game in the 8th shut up ! Cant give 4 free passes from you guys out the pen in a close game! The score is indicative from how close the game really was

It was a game in the 8th can’t give 4 free passes there yall are just stupid man these 2 teams are good teams if they weren’t they would have gotten run out and that didn’t Happen get over it the other team played better and gagged it away last night that’s just baseball man Tennessee will throw a freshman out there tomorrow which he’s 2-3 in his last starts so get over it man but they got dominated ? Get out here with that Tennessee is a little more talented the lsu but that’s ok bet you your tone was different at 130 am this morning when the team won I’m going to drink my beer and watch this team win games and lose some this team is not that bad !
