Why haven't the SEC's lawyers told everyone to shut the hell up; they are not helping?

I’ll say it again
Sankey should be fired for the threats and general tone of this whole thing

This is the beginning of the sec breaking apart

Regarding Heupel’s encouragement to TN fans for LSU game.

SEC Bylaws & Commissioner Regulations

The SEC views a coach inciting violence or target-driven hostility as a severe breach of integrity. While specific text regarding physical violence immediately escalates to standard legal and university-level administrative termination protocols, the SEC addresses these actions through overlapping bylaws:

Bylaw 10.5.2 (Public Criticism & Staff Conduct): Coaches must refrain from public statements, demeaning accusations, or hostility directed at an opposing institution’s staff or players.

Bylaw 10.2.3 (Advocacy of Positive Attributes): Personnel must strictly avoid derogatory or antagonistic actions toward an opponent.

Commissioner’s Broad Discretionary Authority: Under the SEC Constitution, Commissioner Greg Sankey retains complete authority to unilaterally issue immediate penalties for "conduct detrimental to the league".

Standard SEC PenaltiesIf an SEC coach encourages violence or endangers an opponent, the conference imposes an escalating or immediate scale of discipline:Immediate Suspension: The conference can ban the coach from all team activities, including games and practices.Heavy Institutional Fines: The university can face massive financial penalties.Public Reprimand: A formal, public condemnation issued directly by the SEC office.

Don't expect any SEC enforcement of any rule in favor of LSU for a while.

LSU will follow what the SEC says, that doesn’t mean that will be the last of it.The SEC and other conferences will lose many lawsuits to the players in the next couple of years. These lawsuits will bring a total change in conferences and the NCAA that will bring sanity to this Fed up situation.

Holy shite. This all makes sense now. It’s a woman. I have been baffled at how illogical the bashing of just a 5th year player has been.

No one is going to jail for contempt. Just stop that. The most they will get tomorrow is an injunction.

One of two things. Either there are a lot of non-smart men that don't follow the sound legal advice of 'we will not comment on an ongoing legal proceeding" like what was said during the Cam Newton investigation, or they know they are toast and they are hoping to scare LSU before Thursday and trying to win the public 's opinion.

I hate these people making this shite up.

LSU hasn’t done anything. LSU hasn’t sued anyone, and lsu hasn’t broken a single rule.

If the conference decides to defy the court order, then the players that filed suit will likely also file suit against the conference.

And if the court order sticks, then the conference is going to lose and owe those players damages.

I expect LSU to abide by the court order. And if the conference bars them from playing, I expect lsu will not play them and let them seek damages against the sec. If the court order is rescinded I expect LSU to not play them and move on.

All this posturing is bullshite. I hope Verge and Dr Rousse are giving Sankey the riot act in the background for perpetuating this bullshite.

If you ever needed proof that the MSM doesn’t actually do anything, this is it.

How hard of a follow up is it to say to her, has LSU played a pro player?

Did Alabama play a pro player last year in bball?

Are the chancellors also discussing kicking Alabama out of the league being they actually did what LSU hasn’t done yet?

Time to amend their complaint and file allegations of anti-trust, collusion and RiCO with treble damages and attorney fees.
These are PoS million$ grifters off the public tits. No better than corrupt politicians.
Judge should hold them in intentional contempt and put out warrants for their arrest.
