Once again, Eyanson battles and although he didn't have his best tonight, still limited them to 2 runs.

And once again, he gets no run support, which has been a theme all too common when he pitches (and as of late, regardless of who's pitching).

Yeah but Schmidt feels like a concession honestly. I get what he’s trying to do, but it’s 2-0. I guess 2-0 is more like 72828-0 for this fricking offense lately besides the 9th last night.

I actually like Schmidt in this situation. It's time for him to nut up. He's got the stuff, just needs to settle down a bit.
