Herd throws his ground ball and SS is nowhere to be found.

Not Milam best. Overthrow at first. Caught off at first and now not knowing where his fielders are. As I said earlier he's a freshman

Tennessee comes through again. They've had 2 big at bats with runners on...we have not. In fact we are hitless with runners on base, much less in scoring position.

I know LSU took a while yesterday to get going, but a team that has averaged 11 runs in this tournament is just lost against UT's 5th day pitchers is shocking.

I don’t get Hurd’s situation, like how can he make so little progress (honestly, regress) after closing last year with such promise.

Hurd will pitch in a bigger spot in the next 2-3 weeks, he needs this
I bet he doesn't. And if Jay continues to trot him out there in "bigger spots", we aren't gonna last very long.

Nah it wasn’t. Hurd has taken baby steps forward last two times out.

How on earth have we won 7 games in a row, 4 in the tourney and are playing in the championship game?

Yeah, once Hurd walks someone, his wheels come completely off. It’s the damndest thing.

You can tell by his facial expression his confidence is completely shot. Too many snakes in his head.

Johnson leaves Hurd in to long. Hurd has history of when he keeps guys off the bases he is fine. As soon as traffic on bases he loses his shite.

We are pretty terrible at the shift yet is seems to work perfectly for opposing teams

All runs with 2 outs. It seems like EVERY frickING RUN THIS TEAM GIVES UP is with 2 outs. Other than the first two games in this tourney, just can’t close innings.

Bats ice cold and LSU ran out of pitching

Bats, absolutely. We've hit like dogshit. Pitching, we've thrown some of the guys we depend on most. Ack, Hurd, Little, Ulloa. Other than Herring and Guidry that's our best bullpen guys.
