Jay needs to protest. This is a clear violation and is completely against the rules. Just flat out cheating by the umps. And they called Birmingham so there is no excuse.

That pitcher is simply not allowed to continue pitching. There’s no explanation for that. He had to be pulled. Very very black and white rule.
