Alabama is better than us at:

-Coaching
-Quarterback
-Running back
-Wide receivers and tight ends
-Offensive line
-Defensive Line
-You can make an argument for linebackers; however, I'd give the nod to LSU (White and Phillips).

The result shouldn't be surprising. The line was set at -14 or -15 Alabama for a reason. LSU must get better at the offensive and defensive lines. Period.

Last season, LSU only had 1 win against an SEC steam that retained their HC

Georgia had a really bad game in TS. They beat themselves that game.

Yea ok. Give LSU no credit. On that note, I guess we beat ourselves against Florida so our record is the same.

O-line regresses every year. We have to get better here. The o-line has been the weak spot on offense for at least the last three years. Unacceptable

LSU will never have a competent offense until they hire an innovative OC and let him do his thing.

Those blaming the defense need to rethink it. D was on the field all night. If you thought they were going to hold Bama to three and outs all game while our offense tried to figure out how to play offense then you have not watched Bama play this year. They are an offensive juggernaut.

Why did we feature Giles so much in the passing game? Its been evident since Miami, he cannot get separation from DBs and his hands are suspect..Why not feature Chase and Marshall more? The OLine woes are glaring which has been stated in numerous threads

Orgeron has greatly improved the talent and coaching at DL and is continuing to do so.

He's been okay. He's biggest get when he arrived had one good season. The only guy giving us good reps he signed after becoming head coach is fehoko.

Burrow is not a good QB. He has no pocket awareness and panics at the first sight of pressure. He can’t throw or see the field on the run.

I love Aranda, but I hate the 3-4 defense. We don’t have the players to run this scheme. We are 4-3 team.

Devin White is having an average year. Rashad Lawerence looks out of shape and it’s causing him just to be another guy.

All the negatigers that are carping about the offensive scheme for this game are prolly a lot of the same ones who like to make fun of the 'secret playbook'.

Can't have it both ways geniuses. There's no scheme -secret or otherwise- that was going to stop that chainsaw massacre of the LSU O-line...

We surrenderd nearly 600 yards with “elite” talent. How is Aranda not getting some blame ? Why does he get a free pass ?

You do realize that you actually have to score some points to win a football game, right?

Who’s been responsible for that? Who’s been the defensive line coach for 2 years prior to Miles getting canned? Who was the recruiting coordinator?

The coordinators & HC dictate what type of player is recruited to fit their scheme. Go read some of the articles & listen to podcasts about John Chavis. Tommy Moffit basically spells it out.
