It sucks, but if those people didn't go to games the stadium would be more empty than it already is.

It's actually a freaking joke. Commercial before and after kick offs. Commercials after punts, it just kills the flow of the freaking game and is a momentum killer.

Love the fact that people know exactly what other people are doing on their phones while the game is going on. Phones are not going away no matter how much you rail.
I enjoy keeping up with the scores as they happen, I love ragging my non LSU friends when we're whipping that butt and I will always text my kids when they take too long to get back to their seats.
It's not just social media, although LSU has a huge social media presence. Hell, TigerDroppings is a hoot in-game and a great resource for injury updates, etc across the league.
Don't like it, nobody is forcing you to do it. And those that do aren't really bothering you. It's not the movie theater.
