I'm sure that we will hear all week that he will so we gameplan for him...I'll simply post 'I told you so' and NM on sat for all you flamers :)

I wasn't flaming. I was just trying to find out if the Doctors you referred to were his or were distant observers. Also, if your 2 week reference means 2 weeks from the initial trauma, then Saturday isn't ruled out. This is simply asking you to tell us what you meant with your post.

Thank you for your intelligence..your post is dead on to what im getting at. Im sure most of the flamers on here know all about brain injuries. Florida has done a good job keeping the severity of this concussion quiet with Meyer saying how "good" he looks....but he's a no-go Dr's order's concussion's don't change in a few days and the med staff WILL not take a chance with this as the danger of perm damage is most prominent while symptoms still exsist..

don't you get it, this is setting up another Tebow moment. After last year's loss to Ole Miss, he had that speach. If they lose, he will have another. We need to hope we don't have to play them again, if we win. It is always tough to beat them twice, let alone anyone, in the same year.

Not one of these "inside" guys that just post unrealiable BS. Have it from a very reliable source that he is a definite no-go Dr's say 2 weeks AT BEST.

Maybe so.
Man, how things have changed. I had 4 concussions playing in HS. The last was the evening before I took the ACT. Never even occurred there might be a lingering effect

read somewhere that one of tebows eyes was wondering when they were runing test in Kent. If that is the case that is a pretty serious conccusion. The eyes attach at the rear bottom part of the skull... That is why if you have ever been hit there with a beer mug as I have, the room gets dark for a sec before vision is restored....Anyways the backup is pretty freaking good... just more of a dropback passer

Didn't Bill Clinton have the same issue with both eyes?

Brantley will do just fine.

I'm sure that is true. Plus, if Florida wins it will be on the strength of their defense, not their quarterback.

Yep. The obvious concern with Brantley is first start, at night, at LSU. And while he isn't the dual threat Tebow is, he's an effective runner, and much better pure passer.

Think a much better version of Alex Smith.

Should be a heckuva game.

Florida can still win the east even if they lose to LSU, correct? If so, I say they hold Tebow out

Maybe so, but no worse place to start your first game that Death Valley at night, in a much anticipated game. The buildup that will be released by the fans isn't just a week of emotion, more like a year of emotion.

Should be a good game.

Tebow was seen last night rummaging through a trash bin behind a Gainnsville Taco Bell on the wrong side of the tracks wearing only his pajamas. The poor bastard had a towel fastened around his neck to look like a cape.

My sources said Tebow will be cleared to play by the second half.

And I am sure all their goals will be fulfilled by losing to LSU and wining the East.

It may not be a gametime decision, but I am sure it will be a gametime announcement.

Unless you heard it from Tebow's doctor or from Tebow himself, then you don't know.

You have no source or you would name them.. it is a message board, you are not working for the NY Times...what would your source do?..and if your source is trolling td.com for "TigersD69" posts I would question them being a source on that alone.... if you had a REAL source you would name them.

That being said my source (ME) says no way he will play.
