told yall that from the start. Whole thing is Lee Mallett wanted fricking Will Wade and Lane Kiffin and Woodward wanted no part of either.
Lee did everything he could to get Jeff Landry elected and then used favors to get his fricking way.
if McMahon doesnt win...he will be gone too. Hell Lee offered to pay the buyout after last year.

I think it was Stephanie Rempe that helped get the Jay thing going.
But in the end Lee Mother fricking Mallet got his way. and will prolly get his way on getting Will Wade back to LSU. Bottom line is Woody Crossed him 1 too many times and Lee did what he had to do, got in tight with the lead horse in the gov race and did everything he could to help him win. when woody's hire of BK wasnt working and woody went a little off the reservation....Lee saw and opening and pulled the strings.

He still could have handled it better publicly… but you have to give the Governor props for canning Woody and hiring Verge. This doesn’t happen otherwise. Inarguable.
