No I understood perfectly. I pointed out more specific information and was trying to say it was simple, basic civics. It was stupid that people were discussing the first place .

First, no, you glossed over the response because you were, at the time attacking everyone in the thread because you felt like you were on some sort of quest to set the record straight.
