re: TAKE ACTION: Things you as a fan can do to help save this program

Are you stupid? I literally would take a plethora of average coaches before Coach O. I'd take Pat Fitzgerald, I'd take NC state's coach, I'd take Wake's head coach, hell I'd take Bobby Johnson. There's just about nobody you could name that I wouldn't take over Coach O. None of those were even on my radar when we fired Miles but I didn't think we'd hire this abomination.

Your radar means diddly poo and once again you've butchered and twisted what I said. I swear you people are wackos.

I didn't read your poorly formatted wall of text that resembles somebody with the writing skills of an 11 year old.

I want F King gone more than anything. frick him.

Ah yes the petty childish insult, another tool of the loser.

Sorry you're uneducated bud.

Solid post OP. Doubt much happens even if the entire rant gets involved, but we got to do something. Lsu has left me so jaded, because I've been dealing with the same issues on the university side. It's definitely not just athletics, research departments don't do sh!t to keep good talent and programs that benefit Louisiana. All the uni is now is a game for the higher admins who like to dickswing over funding.
Going to get to emailing tomorrow. Maybe we luck up and something happens, who knows.

You really want to send a message?
When and if they get trucked by Florida, sell your tickets to Auburn fans. Imagine how bad it will look with a half empty stadium and 30,000 of them are Auburn fans.

Shocked somebody of your stature can fully understand irony. You clearly have issues using technology, based on the poor formatting of your wall of text.
You're probably the kind of person that goes to Verizon or AT&T for help when the email on your phone quits working. Incompetent, ignorant, and unwilling to learn new things.

I think this is a fantastic idea, at least it would be demonstrating that we care about the school and program, and want something better than to just settle for rejects.
I would add- as tempting as it is to lace your emails with profanities, try not to do so. I learned something long ago: if you start to read a letter and it starts off with "You big fricking dumbass..." you won't read the rest of it.
Try to eloquently state that you are passionate about the school and program, that you want the best for it, that you believe it can be the best, that it is nowhere near that now and is heading in the wrong direction, and that until such time as it is demonstrated that only those most qualified be considered for the effort to restore the program, you will no longer give financial or public support, on principle. That an abstention from supporting things now is a boycott of the current incompetent men who are destroying the program, and a demand that they be held accountable. That your support will return when you believe there is someone worth supporting again, and not before.
Save LSU

Yes, it's certainly a game. But this is also business. Big-time business that we as fans fund.

Athletic department revenues 2015-16
LSU $141,651,460
The LSU athletic department was one of only seven in the nation out of 230 schools listed that relied completely on self-generated revenue from ticket sales, concessions, merchandising and TV and radio contracts.

Orgeron would have taken the job for a 100k bump in pay. Alleva negotiates like Costanza.
