It passed over a buoy a while ago that wasn't anywhere near the center of the eye. It measured ~909mb.

It is currently weakening and it currently forecast to be well east of Taiwan with max sustained winds near the center of appx 120 mph when it is due east of Taipei and well out to sea. Look at the chart.
