The area around the stadium is a war zone. Just go spend time in Bossier's East Bank entertainment district. Good food, craft brews and music.

Not in a great area of Shreveport, but no it’s not “scary. “ There is alot of cops and security.

You don’t want to walk anywhere in that part of Shreveport. You’ll have to go to either the east side of Shreveport around Line Avenue or Bossier. Still not a bad drive except for the pieces of your vehicle you’ll be missing from driving that section of I-20 or 3132.

They have tons of tailgates set up for the Indy Bowl. It’s all fenced in too so it’s not like you’re tailgating in the 9th ward.

It's not a great area of town but you'd be unlikely to have a problem tailgating around the stadium.

Nah. Again not a great area of town, you don't want to walk the streets around the stadium.

Born and raised in Shreveport...don't hang out outside of the stadium area and you should be ok. There's a reason we are known for our high murder rate. These kids want to just use this place as their gang-banging playground.

They had a tailgate with food trucks and a stage for live music a few years ago with La Tech vs Miami. It was actually a good time. It all depends on weather.
