Where are all the LSU fans hanging out today? I'm at Turning Stone Casino Resort and it's pretty quiet around here. Have we spread ourselves too thin?

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to Syracuse. Hope to see LSU people down in the Armory tonight enjoying our excellent bars.

Will be at Skytop tailgating tomorrow, hopefully will make some LSU friends!

Always fun to get a great traveling fanbase up here and create a real party atmosphere for the weekend.

Sounds like most are going to dino this afternoon/tonight then armory square for bars later. That's pretty close to my plan as well

I was lucky to get into Darwin before it closed. I saw some fans hanging outside at Dino. Saw 0 LSU fans on my way up from VA this morning. Not sure what we are doing for the rest of the day, trying to figure that out now.

I got a slow roast beef sandwich and it was pretty good. Would love to try out their other sandwiches, they supposedly switch their menu up every couple of weeks. I had found one online that looked awesome and they said it was served the week before.

How early should we get to skytop if we want a spot by the grass?

When do cars start lining up to get in? I know it opens at 8, but should we be there at 7? Earlier?

I am lucky in that my friends secure our spot so I am not sure how early you need to get there! I am told they try and get there around 7 usually.

Yeah I'm planning on parking at Skytop and getting back to DC after the game. I want to walk around campus before going in for the game. Will they have shuttles running at 10 am from the lot to campus? And ditto on when I should get to Skytop.

The parking guide, found here, says shuttles start 30 minutes before the Gates open. Not sure when the gates open.

I'm on The Saint Lawrence just outside of Ogdensburg and I don't see any purple and gold. If you guys don't show up soon I'm going down to Dexter to meet my Cousin Vinny and drive down in the morning.

The word from folks in Syracuse (sadly, I'm an SU fan/alum stuck in Texas and unable to join in the festivities) is that all of the bars down in Armory Square are already filling up with lots of purple and gold.

Wish I could be up there this weekend. I don't expect a pretty game from a Syracuse perspective, but it'd be fun to drown my sorrows up there with so many people who enjoy getting good and sloshed.

Really interested in hearing what folks think of Dinosaur, mainly because no one ever believes that upstate NY could have great BBQ. The only person I've ever met for whom expectations weren't surpassed was my wife, a native Texan, but it's more because she's weird and has a very strange palate.

A wise choice!

All anyone here needs to know is Dino BBQ, Armory Square, and Marshall Street for your downtown Cuse experience.

Sitting on the plane in Charlotte still waiting to take off. We're being postponed because of a system malfunction. .

Plane is loaded with Tiger Faithful though, anxious to get there.
