Pretty sure it was Sydir that told the coaches he’s gone. Not the other way around. I’d bet he probably just straight up asked the coaches after the Tech game if he was going to get to ever play because I’m sure he didn’t come here to sit on the bench all year. And I’m sure Kelly or Tue Dline coach told him what he didn’t want to hear so he said his goodbyes.
