Not jealous of the job CJJ has to pick a DH for this season.
He has quite the stable of bats to chose from for sure

Your best defensive OF has Brown, Curiel, and Stanfield. Would be one of the fastest outfields we have had.
I agree. You have speed and good arms across the board with that outfield. Not a shabby offense either with them in the lineup

Priester seems to have cooled off from the fall.

Just finished compiling stats for the spring so far, Priester is 0/10 with 8Ks so far. I will add today's stats in once Scuba posts them and post a summary for everyone

Nothing against brown but Larson takes better at bats in my opinion. Both are great players

Curiel has had a really good spring.

Beck has quietly had a nice spring.

Arrambide has outhit Hernandez.

Stanfield, Milam, Jones, and Reaves have been fine.

Larson struggled until today.

Brown, Dickinson, and Braswell have struggled.

I keep hearing about power from Costello and Priester. They have a combined 1 hit all spring.

Stevenson, Laird and Fraley was a ridiculously fast outfield.

Stanfield says he’s loves it here. He’s the opening day starter in CF and it’s pretty much not up for debate anymore

I think I saw the other freshman Hogg and Costello have one hit so far. Both have had decent at bats. Any hits for the other freshman Pearson and Ryan?

Hogg and Ryan really haven't gotten many at bats. I think they each have a hit.

John has more hits than Josh. I believe Josh has gotten on base as much or more, though.

Yamin hasn't gotten many at bats either.

I'm really just spitballing from reading the BPB and recaps, though. Interested to see actual stats.

Cream rises. Best thing about having so much depth is that nobody can get complacent. Brown and Larson may be playing their way out of the opening day lineup but who the hell knows. A bunch of guys are going to play early

Brown was on fire last Fall. Baseball is such a long season there will be inevitable ups-n-downs.

Hopefully, it'll all be sorted out by tax day and we're hitting on all cylinders come post-season.

Beck has quietly had a nice spring.

He doesn’t get talked about as much as the other transfers, but he could be a guy who hits his way into the lineup and sticks there.
