That couldn't be any more vague
there's like a foot or 2 of chain link fence above the padding
if it hits the chain link fence on the fly it's a homer... if it hits the padding then chain link fence it's a ground rule double
umps said it hit the padding 1st... then the chain link fence before coming back in the field of play

Thank god they pulled that poor pitcher. He was all over the place. Pretty sure his sphincter was completely locked up.
