I agree with rhe posters that say the sec tourney is pointless, insignificant, whatever. The problem is that the last three sec series were not pointless. And we couldn't win with Skenes.

Lsu peaked over a month and a half ago. They are limping to finish the season. All these sec tourney games don’t matter post are poster coping with the teams last month of play.

I’m not a huge fan of how he handles the pen but the talent on the roster is not on him. Just about every effective pitcher lsu has was a jay recruit or transfer.

Man y’all are in way too deep. It’s just a game. Sure it can be frustrating at times, but cheer like hell next weekend at the Box and let’s see what we can do. I’ve never seen such sky is falling from a national seed in my life.

What if I told you LSU's fielding percentage this year is on par with Florida's?
The man was 1 cancelled SC game away from winning the SEC outright. What is wrong with some of you? This place is too miserable at times.
Can we at least see how he does when it matters most before judging the season? The runners left on base today won't matter a week or two from now. And LSU may not "do that." You will have your best hitters out there including White.
What do you mean this team isn't close to Maineiri's teams? Again, one win from winning the SEC, the toughest baseball conference. Only SEC team to not lose a road series. That's pretty impressive, but whatever. So what if LSU lost a couple of tournament games due to bizarre circumstances. We had Arkansas beat if not for that catcher's interference call. Lost by 1 run both games when we weren't even putting our very best out there to win. Yes, we were trying to win, but we were also protecting players, because Omaha is the ultimate goal. You would have seen starting pitchers left in longer and you would have seen White in there if the season was on the line this weekend. LSU would have gone all out to win these games. They accomplished what they needed to do and that's most important moving forward.
Why are we not giving the pitching more credit for the job they did in this tournament? I believe the bats will be fine. I believe we'd have scored more if White was out there today.

Really ? Clutch ? Because they didn’t come up with a clutch hit in the last 2 games they haven’t been clutch all year last I checked they only lost 2 series this year you want to talk about clutch? Because you didn’t see it in the last 2 games ? You’re a fricking idiot ! You weren’t saying this shite until the auburn series which was late in the year ! You can judge them on the last month of the season where they have struggled to put together complete games against inferior opponents. Because frankly I don’t think their games earlier in the season against Butler will have any effect on how they play in the postseason.
