Yes, sure do!
Are you serious? What? Should we wish we had lost to them? You, my brainless wonder, are the reason that companies put directions on shampoo bottles.

No, I don't feel good about beating Texas. I now feel bad about beating Texas. It was a win, and a win is always something to feel good about, lol!

Why wouldn’t i?

A win

Eerily similar second half to the bama game, which gave our team experience and grit in that situation

Bragging rights

You are absolutely correct, a loss to UT would have definitely helped LSU’s recruiting efforts in TX. Damn, I wish he would have lost that game; We might have even been able to contend for a National Championship next year.

I think many of us seen them having this type of season before we played and that's why tRant was so confident. Their top-10 preseason AP ranking was not inline with their 30-something ranking in the FPI and SP+.

Sorry, OP. We are the first team to win in Tuscaloosa in like 5 years (with Tua playing) and scored more points at Bryant-Denny than any visiting team in history.

We don't need any favors at this point.

They will be a handful next year if their qb returns. We will be breaking in Brennan and defense is looking suspect. So im glad we took care of business this year.

Lost to Iowa State

That is not a bad loss. 1) It was on the road 2) yes ISU is 6-4. Those 4 losses are by a total of 11 points, 7 of which are in the OSU game. That includes a 1 point loss to OU on the road and a 1 point loss to Baylor on the road. Also throw in a 1 point loss to Iowa at home.

Yes Texas isn't "back" as they claimed, but knocking them over a loss on the road isn't an answer. Besides, we control our own destiny.

Doesn't really matter.

When we eat UGA, we'll have beaten Florida, Auburn, Alabama and UGA, so the Texas win is merely for bragging rights, recruiting swag and for the historical records.
