He had a shitty recruiting class this past year.

He even lost some big instate recruits:

Spencer Ware
Jordan Hicks

Penn State had a better class and it wasn't even in the top 10 nationally.

The SEC east is weak and Florida is not a good team. We have a couple quality wins, but as always, everyone thinks the SEC is so far above other conf's.... typical ignorant BS.

When was OM in the SEC East?

Well that doesn't make any other conference any better.

You have 3 quality teams in the SEC this year, Bama, Auby, and LSU... thats it.

So Arkansas and South Carolina are no longer quality opponents?

It's never ending.

We kept hearing why Les Miles was so stupid. Then, wait, he beat Saban! We kept hearing how LSU would get crushed if the D didn't show up. Wait, the D didn't show up and wait the offense picked up the slack?!

Whatever. Let them keep talking. It makes them feel important.

Never said they were, Im pointing out half of the so called "Super conference" is terrible. The SEC East is weak.

Didnt say it did, but it shows the SEC is not head and shoulders above everyone else...just maybe slightly better but more likely right in the pack...

I would say they are ok, "quality" maybe. But not on par with the other 3, and wouldnt fair any better in another conference.

So Arkansas(9-2), USCe(8-3), UF(7-4) and MSU(7-4) are not quality teams? If that's the case then the ACC and Big East don't have a quality team in their whole conference and most other conferences only have 1 or 2 quality teams at the top. The SEC will likely have 7 teams with 8 or more wins. No other conference comes close to that. The Big 12 has 5 teams with 8 or more wins but they are not as good at the top with no undefeated team. No other conference has more than 3 teams with 8 or more wins.

Blah, blah, LSU played like shite on D tonight. Chavis could have told Reid every play coming at him tonight and he would have missed every tackle. LSU rarely, if ever, plays a complete game. I don;t know what you are thinking when you watch this team and think it should garner great respect nationally.

Why don't you do us all a favor...GO BE A FAN OF ANOTHER TEAM..ASSWIPE...WE DON'T NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU...YOU PROBABLY ARE AN IMPOSTER ANWAY...

It's the same ol' same ol'. LSU wins a game and it's still not good enough for anyone. They like us more when we're losing and out of everyone's way.

Even in our national championship years, they wanted to give the title to someone "more deserving."

I don't listen to them anymore. All that matters is wins and championships. Neither ever goes away.

Stewart didn't even start to watch college football until 1995 and many of us here were watching college football in the mid 60's.

Stewart has no clue as to all the rivalries in college football and is form Ohio and Big 10 country. His outlook has and will always be form a Big 10 prospective.

"They (LSU) have no business sitting ahead of more dominant one-loss teams like Stanford and Wisconsin in the polls. It's time for voters to take off their SEC blinders and reevaluate their ballots."
Is this the same dominant Stanford and Wisconsin teams that defeated 4-6 Arizona State by a combined margin of 5 points? LSU played it's Arizona State game yesterday and won by 7 points.

Mandel has been arguing for about 4 years that the SEC isn't as dominant as everyone thinks.

And the winner of the last 4 BCSNCG's is...
THE SEC.

I think that sums up what Mandel knows about college football.
