I asked him after the game why his brother throws like he does...

There is a good chance Rettig or Jennings will start before Rivers

His pass looked decent but overthrown.

Not a problem if the receiver was 6'8"...

I've seen the guy a couple times in practice, and that pass isn't all that different than how he throws there.

I have no evidence, but I don't believe you. I played touch football pickup games for 30 years, and if a guy threw like that there's no way he could play QB for us. That was a 15 yard throw to a guy who was wide open. My wife could make that throw.

I'm thinking he threw a pass or 2 in the North Texas game.
Yep, and it was awful

He was probably nervous as hell. I would love to see what your wife would do in that game situation. I imagine it would involve not walking on the field.

Here is your 1st problem. If you would have played REAL FOOTBALL for even three years I would give you some respect.

As good as Rettig and Jennings seem to be I still doubt this. We just don't see our QBs develop fast enough to see a freshman QB do well. Assuming Mett stays through next year, in 2014 Rivers will have 3 years of experience to 1 for Rettig and Jennings. Hopefully Rivers will be ready by then. Would like to see him get a little work against Arky. We need to blow them up in a hurry.
