I hope the CFP REALLY REALLY continues to love LSU or this will get ugly. Don’t want the SEC deciding this because the final and biggest screwing could happen with “consultation” from our cheap arse administration.

First, there are no flights to Glendale or Tempe. Fly to Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Downtown Tempe is literally a 10 minute drive. It's a college town and far more enjoyable.
Having said that the game is in Glendale a solid 1/2 hour drive away (more for events such as this). Transport arrangements can be tricky but Uber handles it.
