I still think the destruction of FSU in the "raining oranges" game made me the happiest.

2003 & 2007 championships are obvious so I won't count those 2.
I would have to say 2003 Georgia in the SEC championship. For so many years LSU failed when they had that win in their grasp that would announce they had arrived. They would always come up short for years and years. Even entering this game everyone doubt LSU. They not only beat Georgia but destroyed them.

This is 1A for me and 1B would be the shear dominance of the trip to bama in 1982. 20-10 and the game wasn't that close...........
And going to USC in 1984 and won 23-3 was real sweet as well........

2011 Bama. I had just started dating my whore of an ex- girlfriend and everything was so perfect. She cheated on me shortly after 1/9/12.

This was the first game my wife went to and made her a tiger fan for life. My brother in law is a sun devil grad and screwed up when he got the tickets. We were right next to the GBFTL in the corner of the endzone.

Tenn '00. Rohan is the most mythical player in LSU history for me. Limps onto the field to lead a potential game winning FG in regulation, then hits the game winner on the 1st play in OT to Robert Royal, and I ran onto the field.

Yeah sounds right. That was the year the Auburn game was moved back due to 9/11. Couldn't bring myself to believe the Auburn players would be that crass after a national tragedy, but I guess it was 2001

2003 followed by 2007. I could not believe we finally won a NC in 2003. Took about six months to sink in.

That first SEC title game 2001. For me that was the culture changing moment that started us to where we are now...at least in my mind.

Ole Miss this last year because I had some friends from my undergrad years in town for the game. I was afraid we might get trounced, Tiger Stadium was going at 100%, a perfect introduction to LSU football for them.....
