It’s so obvious that Larson is better for this lineup than Pearson.

Larson is the best overall hitter of the 3. Jay really loves Pearson.

Most of us don't see it. There is value for experience and leadership, but Larson and Brown are better players today and both have more potential moving forward. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to defend Pearson and use the word clutch.
