Do players get pissed at coaching decisions like bringing in Fontenot in a close game or starting Money after a bad 1st start or is it a team effort type of thinking?

Baseball's always been a team-individual game. Every individual player can play better.
IMO, we never got too wrapped up in coaching decisions. Still play with heart.

The truth is that players will always question a coach. Some more than others. But it’s about whether that coach has the trust of the team. If not, it becomes an issue. The team that doubts the leader doubts each other than even themselves. Doubt is a really bad thing in a sport like baseball.
