Being the top rated DT of a group of 5 average dudes does not make you a “top player”.
Being able to only play 15-20 snaps automatically disqualifies you from being a “top player”
Ika is transferring because he does not fit the plans for this defense in the future. Because he isn’t a top player.

Lester -- Good coaches adapt the scheme to the most talented players, not the other way around. We kept our most talented DT on the bench for two of every three drives because we wanted him to be someone else.
This was badly mismanaged, and you're not convincing anyone otherwise.

I honestly can’t tell if you’re talking about someone previously or Ika
If you are talking about Ika, rewatch the miss st game. He can’t play extended snaps it’s so frickin obvious if you just put that game on & watch him
