Why can't he just lose 15 lbs and be a DT. He should just tell coach he will play both positions. Just stay the course and transfer after the season. His jumping ship in middle of season doesn't look good on his character.

This is an ironic choice of words, as the offense now seems to have found a place for Carter, even though he's not one of the Stars, and our offense at first glance would not seemingly suit him

Sure. Yet he chose to opt out. Perhaps he was going to have a diminished role also

I can’t believe that coach O after having one amazing season will sit back and watch his team implode by doing nothing. Fire Bo Pelini and keep your players together.

Also don’t see how’s it’s all Bo’s fault. Clark can’t comprehend basic gap coverage, that’s not Bo’s fault.

Whose job is it to teach Clark which gap to hit?

missing gap coverages is not his fault.
I'm sorry but if you're the defensive coach that continues starting the player that keeps making mistakes, it's your fault. Also, a coach is there to teach a player where to be on the field and how to react in certain situations.

So when are people going to start believing Pelini is a huge fricking problem?

So have you ever thought “coach” that the players recruited under the other defensive coordinator might be a little soft and that Palini is needing to get his type of player in.
Who can argue with the fact that for the first time in a long time, that I can recall, we have a defense that actually gets pressure on the quarterback.

It is the players not the coach......sheeple.

Siaki looked great last game.
I noticed after he made 2 plays in a row he was sort of yelling at the sideline.

Maybe he was saying keep me in.
This might have more to do with playing time and not systems.

I'm not buying the systems argument. He can and has thrived in this system

don't give a frick who he has sex with, but this team is CLEARLY unprepared.

You can use COVID all you want, but other teams seem to be much more prepared. O just seems to have mailed it in and the tail thing is a visible reason. Something is wrong and it is up to him to fix, even if it includes canning Bo.

So losing 20 starters isn't an excuse, wow man some of the people on here.
