In a pretentious attempt to sound erudite, this clown (while generally correct in his overall analysis) seriously screwed this sentence up. Probably an aTm English major.
It's the legal standard necessary to win a Motion for Summary Judgement, meaning there is no point in a jury hearing the case. Sounds like a lawyer; but then he uses the word "exceed" where I think he means succeed, so not sure. Maybe a wannabe lawyer?

while funny, that post is silly. the game is brutal right now and the line between average/good/great/exceptional is really thin. jimbo has had an inconsistent career as a head coach. that's what they're getting right now but that doesn't mean it will never happen for them.
the sec west is a knife fight in a phone booth. heck, auburn is on top of the world right now but fpi predicts them to lose at least 4 games. they are at fla coming up and then still have at lsu, bama and uga. that's freaking brutal and they're an sec legacy.
a&m is like everyone else - they just need the right combo of coaches on staff to take advantage of the resources. time will tell if jimbo will accomplish that.
