Nah. He’ll be a solid tackle in the pros. I have never thought he was a top 10 guy, and I posted that for the last two years even when top 5 was the consensus. I think he is a 10-15 guy. In order to move him into the top 10 I would have liked to see more manhandling in run blocking.
On the positive side, he is an extremely sound technician in pass blocking, he is great at pulling, and he gets downfield very well in run blocking.

So he had a few bad penalties.........he is still better than most OT in college..........so how many did "others" get.
Every OT in the NFL gets a penalty. This guy busted his arse for LSU....and never considered other schools.

All of these so called "fans" bitching about Will Campbell and saying he will be a bust in the NFL because of his "short arms" or some false start penalties would kill to have him back at LSU!

Will Campbell was another merchant of blocking for Jayden Daniels in 2022&2023 who was almost untouchable. There was never a scenario where he lived up to the hype in 2024 with a pocket passer. He's good but he will never hold a candle to L. Collins

I would argue that 1 season and 3 games, this is false. Daniels held on to a lot of balls and was sacked in both 22 and through the first few games. Running/moving is sometimes harder for a lineman because they have clocks in their head on how long to protect and slide and etc.
