It wasn't social media. It was the workplace.
There is plenty of literature on this. Once women entered the workforce, in full force, they started putting careers before men and family. This is the single greatest downfall of western society. In all western societies, birthrates dropped greatly. This loss of population lead to increased immigration needs. Since all of western society suffers from the same dropping birthrates(in fact, every society where women entered the workforce, it is the same result), new avenues of immigration were needed to be found. This is where we are today. Whites are not purposefully being replaced. We just stopped propagating. We stopped propagating because the half that needed men, stopped needing men.

Social Contagion, etc. has existed since at least the temperance movement (hell, Salem witch trials, the killing of cats in the middle ages, the Inquisition, etc.) You're about 65 years too late in the modern era.
