For Cam to take a pay cut would be humiliating to him. All that leaves is for Cam to quit or get fired, regardless if most of the offensive ineptness is on Les.

He's managed to pisd off the franks family so bad they wouldn't even let him in the door on his last visit. He turned Haskins down for fear of offending franks. He and less have made a mess of QB recruiting this year
