I know Cam would probably never agree to this, but his contract should have a much lower base and be heavily incentivized. QB completes 58 per cent, 100k 2500 passing yds, 100k bonus, Offense averages 500 yds per game, 100k bonus, Division title 100k, Conference title 100k, etc...

So what's a fair number for a guy that sucks as an OC, QB coach.
In my opinion I cut his salary to 750K. Let Ensminger go and hire a QB coach if we keep Cam.

Joe should handle the contract and offer what he is worth. I would say he should get 7th or 8th in the SEC - maybe 600K. If he walks, then we are probably better off.

Apparently there is no justification for the idea that the Franks family wouldn't see Cam. That was a serious charge. You would believe this strictly on the face of an internet message board mention?
