So scotlandville is unincorporated area and is no more baton ruge than zachary

Listen here Aussie. I've been a victim of 3 armed robberies and a witness to another(pizza delivery life).
Armed robbery is traumatic as hell on the victims and the sentencing is way too light IMO. It's fairly overshadowed by more violent crimes because it's not usually physically violent. But you will have nightmares and anxiety about 'what if' for months after.
Ending that piece of shite's life is worth preventing countless more traumatic events for innocent victims.
