All done off the tremendous talent LSU keeps as I have been sayin, nothing to do with his coaching, you or I could have had the cap on pacing the sidelines in his place and finished with the same record
are you required to wear a helmet when you walk around?

but, Saban had to be kickin himself in Miami knowing he walked away from another national title that year because he wouldn't have blown a huge lead like that against Tennessee, and probably would have destroyed Georgia again in the SECCG instead of it being the other way around!
yea...Iowa agrees
you come up with these stupid opinions as to why you think Miles is a bad coach.....i have dozens of actual statistics/facts that say he's a great one.
so keep spewing you ignorant opinions that make you sound like a mentally challenged 12 year old.....i'll stick with the facts.

You and Choctaw are to stupid fricks! I said let it die, what don't you assholes understand? Your opinions like mine are just that, frickin opinions! Nothing more to discuss, you clowns keep makin excuses for Miles, that is fine. All that you must be a 12 year old and all that other crap because I don't agree with your assinine views and opinions is ignorant as hell! Now good frickin day!

I know another poster noted the '10 IB (Bama blew a 24 pt lead at home). Saban (as most long term coaches) has his share of skeletons in the closet.
But to be fair, Iowa '04 and Auburn '10 were much better teams than UTenn '05 (didn't they finish like 5-6 that year?).

People always throw stuff like that out ther to try and deflect criticism of Miles away. Honestly, I don't know how they can compare the two, one was in a closely contested bowl game that the Tigers had won at the end until Iowa threw up a hail mary pass that found it's way due to the blown coverage of our DB or DB's, don't know what Saban could have done. That type of stuff happens all the time in football, but the other. LSU was blowing out Tenn until they changed QB's in the second half and put in a very average Clausen brother. Remember him? He played for us but could never get any playin time with us, I can't even remember his first name.
anyways, he jump started them on a impossible comeback because we had a complete meltdown!

Tell you what...you stop with the college/SEC football mentally challenged statements and I will stop calling out your statements as being college football mentally challenged.
Excuse for what???
Wake up and smell the coffee cause these are the best of times in LSU football history and Les Miles is coaching the teams bringing them to you!

how about calling timeout after the first pass was complete with Iowa hurrying to the line before LSU could adjust?

I'm just sick of candy asses on this forum insinuating that is a scared of getting hit. You don't know that anymore than the dumbasses at UF labeling Peyton.
If you can't see that Lee is scared to get hit, you don't know qbs.

High school, 4 years of SEC football, and now the NFL and its so obvious to some you fricking idiots that Lee is "scared" to get it.
GTFO.
You dont play that postion, for that long and be scared to get it.
Geees... Im sorry though I dont "know" qbs like some of you do.

You mean like Saban did in 2010 against Auburn. You are an idiot.

One play characterizes Lee being scared to get hit. The play in 08 when he could've run for a first down against Bama but saw a LB heading for him so he throws the ball out of bounds. Get over it. He is scared to get hit.
He is a good qb when his jersey stays clean when he feels pressure he goes into "just throw it mode". Period. And yes,he is a far better QB than JJ.
Posted on 8/27/12 at 3:25 pm to TIGRLEE
Bruh your grandson is scared to get hit. You think he is perfect and can explain away any shitty performance he has ever had. I guess you're gonna tell me he wasn't afraid to get hit in 08 when he fired all those pick sixes into the guts of the other team.
Posted on 8/27/12 at 3:29 pm to Rickdaddy4188
I hope Lee makes the team and achieves his dream. He is a good kid and could've walked away from LSU after 2008 and no one would've blamed him, but he showed his character and stayed and had a great senior season. I hope I raise my son to be as mentally strong as Lee.
