Nothing like spuing the hate. Why not have a little respect for other decisions. You have it and have your protection. It is his personal choice and the name calling may shine some line on a person's character name calling. Can anyone tell folks who are hesitant or against it that it will not have ill effects down the road. Don't think so and there are plenty of cases where vaccines have caused problems for individuals.

Acting like this is exactly why this nation is so divided. I received it but it really no one's business. Guessing your opposed to voter id but support vaccine id.

What about the 12 unvaccinated kids here in Louisiana that have died from Covid. One was under 1 yrs old this past week. The 14 y/o football player from Baker. There are exceptions to EVERYTHING.

Here let me give nonvaccinated people a little respect…..you have the right to be an idiot. Just like people have the right to do any number of stupid things everyday. The nonvaccine logic is so freaking dumb. We know what I’ll effects Covid has RIGHT NOW. why are there so many dumbasses speculating about future effects? This is unknown hypothetical bullshite. At this point it’s dumb that people can still make a decision. Hospital workers and people who have gotten sick and died are begging others to get the vaccine for a reason. Ok now I’m not respecting anymore. Go get the damn vaccine and help us get back to normal life. Stop risking your life, your families lives, and your friends lives bc “we don’t know what side effects it could have in the future”. That fear does make you a p****

Ehhhh, no you don’t. SCOTUS’s 1905 ruling in Jacobson v. Massachusetts directly says otherwise.

Probably safe to say both sides of this vaccine issue overstate and simplify. Those who have chosen not to take the vaccine say people have died from taking it or have gotten sick or will get sick from it in the future. This is true but must be examined in light of the tens of millions maybe 100s of millions who have taken it. I don’t know anyone personally that have had anything other than a sore arm and hangover type of feeling the day after the second shot.
The vaccine folks point out all the deaths with covid. These numbers are likely exaggerated to say the least but I do know people who have died from this and if you don’t I’m surprised. It also looks like the delta variant has killed younger folks. That’s what it looks like to me. I know there are other arguments about the money being made etc but trump asked the top epidemiologist to creat this vaccine and they deserve to make money. Trump also supports taking the vaccine. More importantly so does my doctor who I trust.

People believe what they want to believe. However, just like Covid deaths get overstated, Covid vaccination deaths do, too.

quote:

Since December 2020, more than 350 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the U.S., and VAERS has received 6,968 reports of death (0.0019%), according to the CDC. (Numbers as of Aug. 26, 2021.)

However, that statistic offers no insight into the cause of death for those people. If a 90-year-old nursing home resident got the vaccine and then died days, weeks or even months later of another ailment, the resident’s death would be reported to VAERS.

Opponents of vaccination use the VAERS numbers in statements that suggest cause-and-effect conclusions. This misinformation then influences some people not to be vaccinated. In this case, the numbers are correct, but the presumed conclusions are not.

Same here, it’s sad we’re the only SEC school to have these mandates. Politics over people’s freedoms. It’s not about health and safety when you can go to Tiger Stadium after getting a shot the day of the game.

I’ve had covid twice, or at least tested positive twice (8 months apart). Other than feeling tired for a couple days, no issue. I really don’t understand the hysteria. A lot of people died with a covid diagnosis. bet the vast majority would have died rather soon anyway from the unhealthy lifestyles they led or other unfortunate health issues. So don’t give me the perfectly healthly guy that died story because I can match it.

I think the pussies are the ones who need a little prick for a disease with a 99.98% survival rate. Pussy

I am vaccinated, but I could really give a shite less one way or another if someone is or is not vaccinated. It's a personal choice.

Gotta love the anti-vaccine fake arse rage. If you don't want to get vaccinated don't, But STFU, LSU will be fine w/o you

It's a stupid arse rule...Next time some RINOS need to think long and hard before electing a arse hat like Edwards

Cognitive Dissonance - having a belief system where logic / truth isn't accepted & illogical ideas are welcomed because they reinforce tightly held beliefs.
Certain people want to believe that the vaccine is bad & will accept false narratives / lies to help validate that belief.

I have one simple question for you to answer that will make you completely reconsider your opinion on this. If I(assuming I don’t have it) take the vaccine, what exactly does it do for you, if you’re already vaccinated? Can’t wait to hear this answer.

Since they mail them out of Ft Smith, Arkansas, I'm guessing the process was already started. They probably just cancel the tickets so that no one can use them for the people that are getting refunds.

First, it decreases the likelihood of you getting Covid and thereby decreases the chance of you spreading it to those who are vaccinated or unvaccinated. Second, the more vaccinated people there are, the less overall spread and the decreased probability of more variants being produced in the future. Third, the less spread of the disease, the less people in the hospitals and if by chance I should get injured, the better chance of me getting proper medical care.

The vaccines are not perfect but they offer the best chance we have to mitigate the effects of the virus. Yes, the virus has a 98% survival rate but that does not include the people who survive but who’s lives are forever changed by the effects of the virus.

Real men that run out to get an experimental chemical in fears of a cough?

What else will you let politicians force upon for your tigers?

So, liberals and other vaxxers are pushing for people to get vaxx’d even though vaxx’d people can still catch the virus regardless whether they are vaxx’d or not, and whether the other person is vaxx’d or not. And they are complaining that someone isn’t wearing a mask(a piece of fabric) even though they are vaxx’d, and can still contract the virus with little to no symptoms.

So why the frick do you care if we are vaxx’d or not?
