That's insane, 40 days from being drafted to in the majors. Just read that's the fastest anyone has been called up to majors after being drafted since Ariel Prieto in 1995 and fastest position player since Brian Milner in 1978!!!
Brandon Finnegan pitched for TCU in the College World Series in June and for Kansas City in the MLB World Series in October in 2014. he made his MLB debut on September 1st after making his minor league debut on July 10

Nolan Schanuel made it to the majors before every 2022 first round pick except for Zach Neto, also of the Angels.

and Ethan Salas might be the best catching prospect since Pudge... kid is unreal.. another one to keep an eye on is Wyatt Langford from Florida... he has moved up as well with the rangers...

A) No one calls it that.
B) Alex Box doesn't hold 15,000 people.

Wow... the Harrisburg Stadium is on an island in the middle of a river...
Drove up to Harrisburg from ATL 3 consecutive years in mid November to run my dogs in trials, that is a nice facility by AA standards. The wind was brutal coming off the water the second year, strong and chilly. Nice beer stands along RF line and open table seating in a part of RF outfield.

Altoona and Harrisburg play a 6 game series Sept 5-10 all in Altoona.
Glad I'm not the only one that immediately went and looked at their schedules.
