There is not a single poster in this thread that is qualified to answer this correctly. I cheer like hell for the players and coaches that are part of the team and let those guys decide who is earning what.

But we don’t have one loss. We have zero. Our defense has allowed fewer points than the offense has scored in every game. That is the ultimate goal. And considering the deficiencies on defense due to injuries and what not, I’m definitely satisfied with where we are.

No. His D has gotten worse each year as he has implemented more of HIS D. I think he needs to strip it down and keep it basic. Maybe introduces one or two new wrinkles a game?

If he cleans up the defense for the rest of the season and a play off run I would say he could earn it. But so far this season NO.
This was suppose to be on the level of 2011 defense. Most the defense came back.
