Should we take Mwani Wilkinson out of the starting lineup?

I get why he's in the starting lineup because of his defensive prowess, but I feel like he doesn't contribute enough offensively as he only averages 4 shots attempted per game and has only shot the ball 3 times in the last 2 games, making nothing. He has also gone 1-7 in the last 3 games. For the amount of minutes he plays with little production I feel like he is a dude who should come off the bench in key defensive situations.

I would agree, but besides Eason, there aren't any high volume scorers currently on the bench.

Which bench offensive threat should we replace him with? Fudge is similarly limited offensively. Eason isn’t really a 3.

He is the most consistent defense player on the team.

He can start but WW needs to put a shock collar on him when he gets close to the 3 line. He fouls every 3 pt shooter he sees and shouldn’t shoot unless he’s in the paint. WW just needs to lay down some rules for him which I can’t believe he hasn’t already done.

Absolutely not. He is tone setter on defense even if we had a better offensive weapon on the bench I still start Mwani.

Yes we should. And honestly, Murray isn’t much better

which player would you sub him with considering he’s a defensive minded player and we have a top ranked defense?

We need to totally re-do the line up.

We need to replace the current staff with fan voting.

Because we always know better.

Murray is much better offensively than Wilkinson is. There’s not even a debate about that

I mean he is out best defender imo.

Murray seems to get that take but Wilkinson has impressed me the most in the live games I attended, and most haves I have seen. Murray is much more rounded though.

I guess you could put fudge in but he isn't as good offensively to justify the drop if defensive capabilities.

I think the two injuries to pinson and days is kind of a good think giving fudge, justice, Oneal much more playing time.

Just need a guy to step up offensively. Murray is starting to need another. Gaines had a good shooting night. Can he replicate?

I'm excited everyone is on panicked mode but we are fine. Probably most important two guys on the team are out and we had a shot at winning or at least OT last night with one different bounce or foul that was actually called

Wilkinson needs to play smarter defending three and quit fouling the shooter, and quit flying past the shooter.

Man he made two or three spectacular defensive plays down the stretch last night that if not made we got not shot to tie at the end.

And he can hit that corner 3 so at least he keeps defenses honest in that they have to guard him out there.

It's easy to discount great defense but half the game is played on that end...you can't. i'm good with the minutes he plays.

Defense is much much worse when reef is in there. He constantly gets lost on switches.
