Is there a stadium in the middle of sec country that wouldn't be a home game advantage situation for either team?
I mean with all the changes (pussification) to the game ,why not change it up and alternate between a few stadiums

miss me with jacksonville or nashville. I want it indoors
Then at least let NOLA, Dallas, and Houston host.
As it currently stands, it's practically a home game for UGA and most of the other former SEC East teams.

Yes! Dallas, Houston, and New Orleans all have domes.

Except being a home game for UGA
It’s about 30 percent per team and the other 20 to annual holders and 20 percent is corporate tickets given to SEC sponsors that are given to people who have no alliance to any team and are only there because it’s free. I know plenty that get to go every year. It’s not as much a home game as one would think.

the problem is not Atlanta(though it is part of the problem with UGA getting a home game). The problem is they don't sell half the tickets to each team.
They only sell 16k to each school and much of the remaining goes to locals who just happen to be UGA fans as well.
The location of the venue should not get the majority of the tickets. It should be 50/50 for every ticket in the building. If one school doesn't sell their allotment, then open it up to the other team or the public.

I decided that this was the play once I saw UGA fans clear out in 2019 in the 3rd quarter and it turned kind of lame and quiet in there. Way too convenient for those folks.

Back when the CG was played in Birmingham I was told all the season ticket holders at Bama held the rights to the majority of seats in Atlanta.
Not sure if that has run our by now. It would be interesting to see how many CG season ticket holders reside in Bama. Probably more than Georgia.

Hell no.
It's a fan friendly city. The Marta is nice to use. Nice range of prices for hotel rooms. The stadium puts on a really good product there. It's within reasonable driving distance for most schools. 7 hours from Oxford/Starkpatch, 10 from Baton Rouge, then there is the east coast.
Sticking it in say Orlando as some here have suggested hurts fan attendance. Flights aren't cheap and it pushes it far away from everyone but the Gators.
New Orleans? Please. The problem with New Orleans is the hotels would see it as a reason to gouge, gouge, gouge. No decent public transportation. and let's face it, compared to Atlanta or even Dallas, New Orleans is just plain nasty.

Far from home field advantage. They are 4-6 in Atlanta.
Arlington would be a good spot to rotate with Atlanta. Maybe Nashville for a fun city.

If they move it from Atlanta, it will only be to permanently place it in Jerry’s World to be in Texas’ backyard. We don’t want to open up that can.

Definitely! Even an ole lady knows that it should be on a rotate schedule.

New Nashville Titans dome would be perfect and Nashville would be 10x better option than Atlanta
