Back in 1958-59, I wrote three letters to Coach Paul Dietzel and he responded to each letter with a type written response. I was an eleven year old girl who loved the LSU team and now at 77 I still love my Tigers!

I was there! Was a very unique experience for the visiting team. He was brought through at the visitor gate.
Because we won the game! Why beat a dead horse?
