No, he wasn't.

But assuming your statement is correct, is Mainieri going to go 13-17 in the SEC this season, IYO?

PM used Texas to get him to his lifetime contract.
I could see PM retiring if he wins another title or probably within next 5 years or so.

Jim Valvano had the best line - "They gave me a lifetime contract then they declared me dead" But yes, I feel that Mainiere is well deserving of the ambassador's role.

I assume you meant to say Will Wade instead of Mainieri?

Does that mean you didn't get your upgraded baseball tickets that you requested before this season started?

Not just no, hell no and get rid of the whole damn staff. Never heard of so many pitchers getting hurt as much as us with Dunn. Ochinco couldn't hit when he was playing and now he's a hitting coach? lol

Maybe name one of the hayfield lots in his honor. That's the best I could come up with in that regard. If all Skip got was a street that doesn't even have a baseball park on it anymore, and the Alex box field named for him, I'd think CPM would be happy with a parking area named for him. But definitely not a lifetime contract.

I never said that, this season LSU is the Preseason #1 Team in The Country, they need to do something in Omaha this year.
