Should be playing ole miss today

Now that Sankey has ruined our yearly matchups with Auburn, bama and Florida the least he can do is move the ole miss game back to Halloween weekend.

I didn’t mind it back in the day. The women would go shopping while we tailgated. It was nice not being nagged for a day.

Yup. Women would go shopping while the guys would munch out on leftovers and relax all day. Was always my favorite part of thanksgiving weekend.

You didn’t think this through, did you?
We would have to give up having our bye week before the Alabama game. Meanwhile, Bama would continue to take their bye week before the LSU game, and they would continue to be well-rested for the game against us.

Halloween should always mean LSU - Ole Miss week.
I wonder if the Ole Miss fans agree with this. They should because Ole Miss also had some big wins during that long era.
