SFP and his merry band of concerned moderates will be here soon to tell us this is not true until it’s covered by CNN.

In the DataRepublican #3 Democracy Files drop you've also got these DSA folks talking to legal people from outside of this country on how to use mobs to engage in lawfare. There was a "constitutional lawyer" from Ecuador basically saying that people were calling him a fool for trying to take a case before a court that was put in place by the government they had just toppled thinking he would win, but he explained how courts and judges being "rational people" will side with him anyways due to pressure from their "mobilization effort" (mobs paid to riot).

But yeah, lawfare doesn't exist according to Slippin' Jimmy.

There is not a more dishonest poster on this board than that frickin clown.

There are people who will go to their grave after having destroyed the greatest nation in the history of the world, and will never admit they are why.

Here comes his chance to drag the conversation about what both sides know is happening into semantics and contrarian douchebaggery, while not ever really saying anything of substance in the process, so he doesn’t get his teeth kicked down his throat when this circles back around next week.

If people broke the law, should they be prosecuted?

Precisely. If you point this out it becomes "you just don't understand the difference between my comments."

You mean bury the thread by posting 100 times, while waiting for an ambulance to drive by.

Purposefully targeting your political opponents legally, with the intent of scaring others from joining leadership positions being a motivating factor.

Lawfare isn't even a word. Jack Smith is my hero from the Hague. My porn is reading Andrew Weismann @ the lawfare blog, thinking about Comey's long sexy legs wrapped around a random rock he poses with-SFP

Isn't deterrence ("scaring others") part of prosecuting people who broke the law?
