not sure if it matters but there are a lot of people that think he went to LSU.
I think the business class project story throws a lot of people off.

Chicken,
How does Todd feel towards LSU? Does he view us fondly? Does he like Georgia more?

that was the price to lure a national title coach to College Station.
Then he gave Kelly, who has never won a NC, even more money to come to LSU. 10 years is too long of a contract and Woodward did it twice. I don't think he should be involved in hiring the next football coach. There's too much at stake now.

Graves created the Raising Cane’s business plan, which his original business partner Craig Silvey presented in a class at LSU. The plan received the lowest grade in the class.
Undeterred, Graves pitched the idea to several banks, but time after time, he was turned down. He decided to raise his own capital. Graves worked as a boilermaker in oil refineries across the country and as a commercial fisherman in Alaska, but once he earned enough money to secure a loan, he returned to his hometown of Baton Rouge.
“I love this community, you know. I’m a Baton Rouge boy, and I’ve been an LSU fan since I’ve been a kid,” Graves said. “I chose to open the first Raising Cane’s at the North Gates of LSU because I just love it so much.”

Does Todd Graves boost LSU at all?
Well his mansion looks across the lake at lsu …. His first partner lives in br.. his first store ( canes mothership is still there and bustling)… is a block off campus..
He lived in the building next to his fist store ( ie a block off campus).. .. looked out the window to his store and went to sleep looking at it.. bought that building and has restored it to exactly as it was when he lived there ( same cereal boxes and vhs tapes.) his little sentimental museum.
I have no idea if he boost .. but the guys at this level do some in public and probably a lot lot more privately..
He was at the vandy game ..

Enough of these stupid arse ten year contracts. If thats “what it takes to get a proven coach” then frick a proven coach and go after the young and hungry coaches turning G6 teams into winners.
