Sounds like a typical game against a Kentucky team.

I understand it's good that we are "hanging with the #1 team in the country", but 15-54 (28%), is simply pathetic. You have a chance to impress the committee and get yourself in the tourney, and you shoot 28%.....gotta step up when playing Kentucky.

give some credit to Kentucky

they're number for a reason

You are correct that you have to shoot better to beat Kentucky, but LSU's tourney chances have nothing to do with impressing the committee. Its win the SEC tourney or nothin

Wait, Pitbull does ads for Bud Light, too? Should I be drinking that or Dr. Pepper?

Depends of how much of a real good time you want to have.

Kentucky is a great defensive team. They force you into bad looks, and us taking some awful shots hasn't helped. Whoever is coaching our offense is lost. It looks like they tell them, just get the ball as close to the basket as you can and shoot it and it will go in eventually.

UK is the top D in the country... and we easily could be leading right now shooting this poorly. Winning this game is the only thing that matters in terms of impressing the committee

we lost by 15 to Ole Miss and Auburn. We lost our final three games. If we win those 3, then we would have a very good shot of already being in the tourney.

This has nothing do with Kentucky. Thats every game for this LSU team.

No excuse to play scared.

And ironically, I stumbled into a free Pitbull concert the night before the NC and talked to him briefly

This. There is no impressing anyone at this point. It's win or go home for this LSU bunch.

Let's see...playing an in-conference national title contender with a lot of tradition and in New Orleans in what should be a home atmosphere but isn't at all, and losing....

Where have I seen this before?
