Yep, if I'm the lawyer for the players those are my first two arguments. They could have done the 5 for 5 several months ago and none of this would even be an issue. And they also don't seem to have a problem with paid professional players in basketball playing in US colleges so what is the difference,

so why was ESPN reporting that Sankey said it was Unaimous? They said that Gregs RULE ( e.g. Roberts rulles) is that the vote can be whatever behind closed doors but when they walk out the door they say it was unanimous to present a united front.

That’s a Mike Slive policy that they have kept. They always say the conference votes are unanimous.

I think they want that fight now... It seems coordinated with the Big to get this in front of the SCOTUS.
