Tickets were dirt cheap. Really got the bug after going to Vandy game.. unfortunately there are like 2 hotels in Starkville and there wasn't a room available closer than tupelo. Friggin Mississippi..

You might have to settle for a room WITH a view.

What LSU fan is not chomping at the bit to watch the Florida game?? I can’t wait for tonight but I am trying to make plans for next weekend’s game because I am wanting to go tailgate in Starkville. If it’s at 11am I’m not going, if it’s at 2:30pm it will be a short tailgate but probably still going and if it’s at 5pm gonna be a blast!!

Looks like no one answered your question. I don’t believe where SEC Nation goes has any impact. It ultimately always comes down to what games CBS and ESPN want to show when. I assume Bama - Tennessee has already been made the 2:30 game. After that, LSU-State is probably the most interesting matchup. While there’s always a chance they’ll stick it at 11, I would bet it’s a 6pm start.

I've stayed in Columbus, MS before. But yeah...Starkville is a dump.
